Public Media Center v. Tri Union Seafoods: California Prop. 65 and the labeling of canned tuna was a victory for consumers and public health. On May 11, 2006, the Superior Court of the State of California in San Francisco reaffirmed that America's favorite canned fish - tuna - does not require food safety warnings.
