Pizza Tonno
Irresistible blend of canned tuna in olive oil with garlic, tomatoes, onions and cilantro on a crisp Boboli crust with melted mozzarella cheese.
- 1 large Boboli pre cooked pizza crust
- 6 oz. Canned tuna in olive oil, drain oil into skillet
- 1 medium Onion, chopped fine
- 3 whole Garlic cloves, minced
- 15 oz. Stewed tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped

1. Open can of Tuna and drain oil into skillet.

2. Add chopped onions, garlic and cook over medium heat until tender (about 6-8 minutes).

3. Pour mixture over Boboli crust and spread evenly.

4. Arrange stewed tomatoes and tonno evenly over pizza.

5. Top with cheese and bake for 12 minutes at 400 degrees.

6. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
