Grilled Pepper Yellowfin Wrap
Refreshing combination of peppers, tuna and olive oil in a tortilla wrap.
  • 6 oz. Canned tuna in olive oil, undrained
  • 2 tablespoon Red pepper, grilled, julienned
  • 2 tablespoon Green pepper, grilled, julienned
  • 2 tablespoon Onion, grilled, julienned
  • 2 tablespoon Green onion, chopped
  • Optional - shredded romaine lettuce, sliced beefsteak tomatoes, or sliced black olives
  • 1. Grill vegetables and cut julienne.
  • 2. Toss vegetables with tuna, undrained.
  • 3. Serve wrapped in 6" flour tortillas
