Pizza Tonno
Irresistible blend of canned tuna in olive oil with garlic, tomatoes, onions and cilantro on a crisp Boboli crust with melted mozzarella cheese.
  • 1 large Boboli pre cooked pizza crust
  • 6 oz. Canned tuna in olive oil, drain oil into skillet
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped fine
  • 3 whole Garlic cloves, minced
  • 15 oz. Stewed tomatoes, drained
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1. Open can of Tuna and drain oil into skillet.
  • 2. Add chopped onions, garlic and cook over medium heat until tender (about 6-8 minutes).
  • 3. Pour mixture over Boboli crust and spread evenly.
  • 4. Arrange stewed tomatoes and tonno evenly over pizza.
  • 5. Top with cheese and bake for 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
  • 6. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
